FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

MDRhythm® Online is a subscription based service for a fee of $100.00 per month for unlimited use for a single login for a single dataset (may have multiple providers). We require a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 payable by Credit Card, to initiate the setup. The credit card is not charged until the setup has been completed. This payment once credited, will allow access for a period of three months at no additional charge. Thereafter, we will process $100.00 per month on the credit card at the beginning of each month. This subscription fee will allow use of our software, transmission of claims electronically (only those claims that be sent electronically), electronic EOBs for a limited number of insurance companies. Although we can process most claims electronically (including secondary claims), however,if necessary paper claims or patient statements can be sent through us for an additional fee of 60 cents per page (requires additional authorization) or they can be printed at your location at no additional charge. During the first 30 days, we will provide one time, one hour Web based training. Additional Web based training is available at a rate of $75.00 per hour (minimum one hour duration). All technical support is provided via e-mail or MSN chat session during certain hours.

You may cancel the subscription at any time with 15 days notice, however, there are no partial month refunds.
