A brief History includes:

	1989 - Incorporated to provide consulting services to professionals
	1992 - Diversified in to healthcare
	1994 - Released Winmeds, one of the first Microsoft Windows® based             software
	1998 – Started clearing house services
	2001 – Released MDRhythm, one the first MS SQL 2000 ® based                     software
	2003 – Release of integrated EMR package
	2003 – Release on-line eligibility verification
