ONC 2015 Criteria Compliance Information

MDRhythm Version 8 Disclosure Statement

Techsoft's MDRhythm version 8 software is 2015 Edition compliant and has been certified as a complete EMR software by Drummond Group, an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

MDRhythm Version 8 was certified on July 11 2018, and the certificate number is 11132014-2936-1. MDRhythm version 8 was tested for 170.314 (a)(1-15);(b)(1-5,7);(c)(1-3);(d)(1-8);(e)(1-3);(f)(1-3);(g)(2-4) modules and 2v3; 50v2; 68v3; 69v2; 117v2; 122v2; 124v2; 125v2; 126v2; 127v2; 128v2; 130v2; 134v2; 136v3; 138v2; 139v2; 144v2; 147v2; 153v2; 154v2; 155v2; 156v2; 161v2; 163v2; 164v2; 165v2; 166v3; 182v3 Clinical Quality Measures without the use of any additional software.
 

Price Transparency Statement:

For any new installation TechSoft, Inc. requires a onetime fee and on-going monthly charges for the use of the MDRhythm version 8 MU II certified EHR software, installation of various interfaces, and reporting to various 3rd parties as listed in following items. Please note that these services will be suspended for non-payment of monthly fees in accordance with the contractual agreements. 

For existing users of MDRhythm version 8 EHR, TechSoft, Inc. may charge a onetime fee and or increased on-going monthly maintenance for setup and or use of the following certified components:

a. Section 170.134.e.1 “view download, and transmit to a 3rd party”
b. Section 170.134.b.1 “Transitions of care – receive, display and incorporate transition of care/referral summaries”
c. Section 170.134.b.2 “Transitions of care – create and transmit summary care records”
d. Section 170.134.b.7 “Data portability”
e. Section 170.134.f.2 “Transmission to immunization registries”
f. Section 170.134.f.2 “Transmission to public health agencies – syndromic surveillance”
g. Section 170.134.e.3 “Secure messaging”    

h. Section § 170.315(b)(1) “Transitions of care - This capability uses Direct Exchange system using a third party (Surescripts) to send or receive direct messages - This requires a monthly fee subject to change for each provider assigned a direct email address.”    

I. Section § 170.315(g)(9) “Application access - all data request - This capability allows user to download EMR related data in electronic format - This requires a fee every time such data is requested”    

J. Section § 170.315(g)(10) “Standardized API for patient and population services -This capability will allow other entities to request data for a single patient or bulk data as allowed by each clinic and their patients. This is in conformance with the requirements of CURES Act FHIR data sharing.- This service requires a fee published from time to time to facilitate such data export based upon the requirements of the entity requesting such data. The fee will be payable prior to providing such data.”    

For all users, TechSoft, Inc. may charge MDRhythm EHR users a one-time setup and or on-going maintenance fee for the use of patient portal.
