Other System Recommendations

For efficient performance we recommend the following:

Stand alone Server with either Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server Operating, System, minimum 2 GB of RAM (4 GB recommended), two 250 GB or higher Hard Disks, Microsoft SQL 2000 or SQL 2005 database software. 	For Faxing in and out, we recommend two different computers for incoming and outgoing faxes. We strongly recommend External Modems (suggested Brand and Model: US Robotics 56 K Faxmodem V.92.).For scanning one of the good scanners is Xerox Documate 252.

	Two external hard disks for offsite backups. We recommend that the disks be swapped on a daily basis at the end of the day, and take the last connected one off-site. These two disks should be identical to ensure no settings issue.
